So… I was doing my best running when I was waking up early in the morning and getting out before the rest of life had a chance to get a hold of me. I have let that get away from me for a little while now because of other “life” things I guess.
But I’m starting to get back to it I have decided that it’s going to be the first thing I do in the mornings rather than trying to find a way to fit it in afterwards.
Anyone else here have a standard time they run? Or specific routine that must be hot in order to get their runs in consistently?
